Staff training is a great way to ensure you get the most from your staff, and that they feel valued and are given the tools to complete their job to the best of their ability. We offer flexible training to suit you at a time and date of your choice. We can come to you, or you can attend the training academy at our Magic HQ where we can welcome up to 6 delegates. We are able to offer staff training on site for the following:

COSHH training

(Max 6 delegates approx. 90 mins)

We will cover the following:-

Legislation & Labelling

Guidelines on handling chemicals safely

Protective equipment

Health & Safety

Driving licences for all Cleaning Machinery

(Time dependent on what & how many machines)

We will ensure all operatives are competent in using any cleaning machine safely and effectively.

Knowing what the machine is used for

Setting Up , Maintenance and Housekeeping

Basic troubleshooting for when things do go wrong.

Cleaning Awareness & Monitoring

(Approx. 2 hours, Max 6 delegates)

This course is designed for team leaders/managers/supervisors.

We look at how to get the best out of your team.

Productivity & Cleaning methods.

Auditing

Sanitising Touch Points & Bodily Fluid Cleaning

(1 hour -max 6 delegates.)

This course is designed for all who are responsible for sanitising & bodily fluid cleaning.

What is sanitising and the process.

What NOT TO DO

Product Specific Training

(Max 6 delegates time dependent on products)

This is designed to train your cleaning team on new products for them or refresh their knowledge on existing products.

Colour coding.

Handling chemicals and dilution of concentrates.

We will cover how to use, where and when.
